Engages in incredibly unscrupulous business practices. Has incorporated over 7 different organizations in less than fifteen years in the Central Arkansas area, most of which have been dissolved and one had its incorporation revoked. Currently one of his "businesses" has an outstanding debt of more than $15,500 to the State of Arkansas in unpaid Withholding Wage Tax for 2011. That same business has an outstanding civil judgment of more than $50,000 that a former client has been trying to collect.
