Be very skeptical of this 'Education' provider and consultant. Very little commercial or educational expertise to backup claims. Seems like a way for the owner to self-promote and 'sell' services that are redundant and/or not needed. Owner likes to play on the Harvard Grad School background, but anyone in higher Ed knows this is a moneymaking venture for Harvard and the rigor is not there.
