illegal business practices
He never lived in Arkansas. He used a woman by the name of Helen Miles who lived there.

BEWARE
He has never lived in Arkansas. He was sentenced in Indianapolis Indiana for numerous cases of mortgage fraud and identity theft to senior citizens. He is currently on parole. You can google the company name and/or his name for proof of this. The judge told him in sentencing that if he doesn't change his ways, he'd be right back in front of her again soon after release. He has a gift of gab and a sob, pitiful (made up) childhood story trying to gain people's trust. It is always "invest in my business, I'll make you rich" Truth is he has ripped off or stolen from everyone who has ever been in his life. Senior citizens still suffering from what he has done. Violent temper. BEWARE for your own physical and financial safety!
