He told us he has $2,000,000 in insurance and is registered to work on Lake Allatoona by the Army Corps Of Engineers. We contacted Chris Maze with Corps and found that was also a lie. He not only does not have $2,000,000 insurance but he does not nor has had permission to work on Corps property ever My wife and I gave him almost $30,000 and he cheated on work and put used parts on our boat. When we first entered into a contract with this man he gave us a 12 week timeline. 15 months later and doubled our contract he damaged our boat when bringing it to the marina.We asked him for 3 weeks to repair the damaged he caused during transport . We final asked the Ga State Police to go with us to his shop to get his insurance info. He told the police it was cheaper to take a chance on getting caught then keeping up permits, licns. and insurance. That means like us your property has no guaranty of repair if he damages it. The following agencies are currently investigating Calm Water Express as well as Clearon Rocky Wright as well. The Ga State Police, The State Attorney Generals Office Of Consumer Protection, The Army Corps Of Engineers as well as the BBB Of Atlanta. Before using this company or Rocky go to any of the marinas and ask any of the staff members that work on Allatoona about his business practices. I wish we would have.
