Worst service I have ever had in my life. been charged for item and its been 5 days now and have not been shppied was told By Roy that it would be shipped right away. Its now 5 days later not shipped. Lable was created but still not shipped Lable was created on the 12th its now the 15th not even shipped yet. I feel if im charged for something it should be shipped immediatly its someone elses money getting played with. I am very unsatisfied and takes 2 days for them to reply to me and when they do its very rude. I will never purchase anything in the future. I work in customer service and we strive to makes our customers happy. should be greatful that im bringing buisness to you, and this is how I get treated. Thanks for listening
