I honestly hate that I have to write a negative review for this company because they do amazing work and their cakes are absolutely delicious. I had used them previously and also referred them to others so I did not expect for there to be an issue for my son's first birthday (a very important day to me). The first issue is that Derrick arrived late with only half of the product. We ordered a farm themed cake with cupcakes and a custom made cupcake tower. He stopped at party city and bought a temporary cupcake stand and candles to make up for the items that were missing and stated that he would go and get the remainder of the products (cupcakes, tower, and top tier of cake). I knew this would take a couple of hours because of the distance from my home which was fine with me. We stalled for time and did the cake last to give him time to return. After calling, leaving messages, and waiting there was no response from Derrick so we had to use the incomplete cake and cupcakes for this very important moment for my baby. I was worried that something had happened because this is unlike them to not make any contact at all but I checked Facebook the very next day and Derrick had shared a picture of the cake and cupcakes on his page. The willful disregard and disrespect is what is the most upsetting. It was my son's first birthday, we had paid in full a month prior to the event, and he did not respond to try to explain himself or at least give a partial refund. To see that a picture was shared of the incomplete cake on their page let me know that he could careless about providing us with poor service nor did he care about losing a loyal customer. I will NEVER use this cake company again!!!!
