RKD Properties is a limited liability corporation. their attributes to the community are as follows *confusing/lack of tact with communication. *Blunt affect/ no character. *unable to maintain eyecontact when speaking face to face. *Tasteless sarcasm when speaking over phone. *inhumane when working with citizens whom are struggling BUT are following thru with their commitments. ***Unfortunately the list could go on..... but hopfully the above sums it up!
