I worked at NQBP from June - Oct 2013 in their marketing department as mkt assistant for a temp company. After 4 months I was hired on staff for good performance, after 2 weeks I was let go for poor performance. I was the 3rd person in that position in less than one year. I did not go from excellent to poor in two weeks flat. The mkt director, Theresa Swanda, demands absolute obedience, more than anyone can abide to as a human. After I was hired, I “could” suddenly no longer place a box in the “correct” direction in storage. There was harassment and patronizing at every opportunity. She enjoys the power she has…..
