Old Tenant
Tim Brisiel is a terrible land lord and a THIEF. We could never get ahold of him and he always "shaded out". We were told we would get our deposit back, or at least most of it after the move-out walk through, but Tim decided he needed more money and actually charged us more. He is a piece of 5h!t and deserves no business for the rest of his life.I hope all his properties collapse. FU ( k YOU, TIM. No wonder you were forclosed on, worthless clown.
