Two orginal property buyers controlling a slush fund. Not of service to community. Fraudlent and not forthcoming. Homeowners being taken advantage of while Bromley Coskos and Redduck a CPA can not produce an accounting record that balances. All homeowners are being advised to obtain all articles of incorporation. All minutes of meetings. All accounting records audited by the state auditors.
