They deliver intimate and quality results. They build rapport and walk you through the hard parts of fitness that many don't even realize exist. As a human resource manager, we were introduced to Team JoAnna Ward Fitness through the creation of a fitness challenge and lunch and learn. The team has optimally hosted an on-site Super Six Pack for well over 3 years. Our staff members have improved doctor's reports, dropped hundreds of pounds, increased work proficiency and Most importantly our comradery has deepened with our group fitness program. We attempted several other programs but the connection did not take. The connection that Team JoAnna Ward Fitness makes with each individual is a significant component in our consistent motivation and the constantly changing format is mesmerising. The anticipation of the unknown workout makes each one Super exciting! Love Team JWF
