He is horrible with communication. I am renting this house and I have to go through them to get someone to fix our leak that has been going on for at least a month now. We have been trying to get this guy to come over for at least 3 weeks to fix everything and he keeps making excuses about calling and hasn't showed up multiply times when he said he would and is downright unprofessional. If I didn't have to pay out of pocket, I would find someone else to fix our basement walls. I have talked to the company renting out the house and they think it would take longer to find someone else this late into the maintenence request so they insist on him coming and fixing it. It has taken them about 3 weeks from our first contact to even come look at our place and take pictures of all the damage. And now we are waiting for them to actually do the work. I will never ever let this guy come to our house again. If he doesnt fix the leak soon we will be breaking our contract and hopefully American Homes 4 Rent will never use this company again. This company is too sketchy to get anything done. I am free almost everyday for him to show up and he will never give me a set date and time. He will say he will be here tomorrow but if not I will come by the next day. Never happens. He was suppose to come by today, but never called or showed and then sends me an email saying he called but I have no miss calls or voicemails. Turns out he called one of the wrong numbers thats not even in service even though I have not spoken to him with this number at all since our first contact. I've had to call our rental management many many times about them saying they were going to come and never showing up. Or never calling when they say they will. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them. I could have probably fixed the problem myself now if I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Save yourself the stress from all of this and find another company to use.
