A friend of mine used your service to take her elderly parents to a doctors appt in Augusta. They left them there! They were very rude to them and their daughter, who incidently had to meet her sister in Waynesboro so she could take her father back to the nursing home. Shame on you! Wont be using your service, and this is now being spread around the social network.
