saw here at the lylac mall rochester nh. orderd a plaque with a picture of my recent departed dog as a memorial for christmas time. she kept telling us to come back. christmas came, no plaque. she then kept telling us to come back. one day i went back( (january now ) and she was gone. my wife texed her-called her--facebooked her. nothing. she told us it was in the mail hope we enjoy it. that was a lie. i dont want the plaque or my $$ back. i would like my pictures back but being the person she is i will never see them again. she also did the same to people at the sandwich fair. 2013
