I worked for him
Arif Saurathia(ADS Ranch & Livestock) is lazy and pushes over his employees. He keeps them several days at a time and have them hoping for work. He doesn't pay them during these days and one of his trucks are very defected. hazard lights are not working, computer in truck not working properly but still tries to force employees to drive them under these horrible conditions. He tries to send his employees on trips with little or not enough gas to complete the course and complains that no more gas is needed to get to the destination and back. Arif has anger issues and treats his employees live servants other than having them work by driving trucks for him. Arif Loves Tea! but he wont make it himself. He is not to be trusted as an employer. He also doesn't have all the equipment to hold down loads after pickups. His methods are disrespectful to employees and customers!
