How you deal with customers with make or break your buisness. this is my response reguarding a complant from your management. A Taste of The Big Apple: Well the box situation was because we were waiting on our shipment of supplies that day and the delivery driver was running late, we obviously normally have a regular box for our guests to take food home with them. I am the blonde you are speaking of and I am the manager. I actually was standing there when the server commented about people on the patio and what she said was "More people seating themselves on the patio." We have a problem with people seating themselves and us not knowing that we are there so we have four large signs on our patio for our guests to come inside to be seated. I am not lazy nor rude. If you work with customers all the time you are well aware how some can be difficult, and are whiling to throw a fuss over something silly like a styrofoam box. I love to work here, and I love our guests, we are not a large corporate restaurant, this is it for us, we dont run our place like every other applebees and ruby tuesdays there are out there. Another thing to keep into consideration is we all have our days, and as much one can try to keep a happy face, sometimes life hands you a bad day, and its just that, a bad day. i wasnt making a big deal out of the containers. it was the customer service!! where she was stating about seating issue that was another time we over heard them for a second time......
