I purchased my home from Gary Beaulieu, Manager of 13 North Adams, LLC. I love the house, despite Gary's work. Not only was his work shotty, but he was rude and lied about the work he supposedly did. The home inspector found that the deck was leaking into the garage. When brought to Gary's attention, he became very defensive and unreasonable. He was supposed to repair it, and the only thing worse than the leakiness of the deck, is its appearance. My garage is now full of water and I am rebuilding the deck myself. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 13 NORTH ADAMS, LLC!
